Online Student Registration & Snapcodes
Tolles utilizes an online student registration system to process the majority of REQUIRED forms and paperwork. This process makes it easier for families to complete forms and provide a more efficient way of tracking vital student information.
Online registration “Snapcodes” are needed to complete the process and will be emailed on August 7, 2017, to the email address we have in our system. Change your email by emailing Jonna Cowgill at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Snapcodes are highly secured uniquely generated codes. If you lose yours or don’t receive one, you must contact the school and verify your identity to receive a new one. Please call the following staff members, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. to receive a new Snapcode:
Jonna Cowgill at 614-873-4666, ext. 4414 or Shannon Harwood at 614-873-4666, ext. 4208
You can also email Lee Wirick at email@example.com to request a new one.
All students are required to have ALL registration forms completed through this system prior to the start of the school year or students will risk being pulled from career-tech labs due to safety until all forms are completed.
Students and parents will also need to read the 2017-18 Student Handbook.
All fees must be paid prior to the start of the school year or a payment plan set up. A minimum of $50 must be paid as part of a payment plan.
Our online fee payment system is not available due to technical issues currently. We will notify you when it is available. You can pay student fees during Orientation Days, during Ice Cream Social or pay via phone at 614-873-4666, ext. 4208 or ext. 4414.
Payment plans and other assistance is available for financial hardship. Please contact Shannon Harwood at 614-873-4666, ext. 4208 to discuss requirements and options.
Fee payments can be made with credit card (3% service fee will be applied), check (checks payable to Tolles) or cash.
An application for Free/Reduced Breakfast & Lunch will be included in this letter. It will also available for download in the online student registration system.
These forms can be turned in during Orientation Days (Aug. 7-10) or at Ice Cream Social (Aug. 14), on the first day of school, or anytime during the school year.
Our online MealPaymentsPlus system does work and you are able to utilize this system to put money on your breakfast/lunch accounts.
Tolles is a uniform school as we prepare students for the expectations of the workforce. It is a requirement and an expectation that students will be in uniforms each day unless otherwise permitted to have a jeans day or spirit day.
Uniform fittings are scheduled for July 20 and July 25, 2017, from 3:30-7 p.m. in the Tolles Grand Hallway.
Due to the confidential nature of sensitive medical information, the only paper forms not available on our online registration system includes the medication forms. If your child takes medication, either non-prescription, prescription and/or both, you must complete these forms and turn them into the school nurse prior to the school year starting.
