Automotive Collision Repair

  • Prepare for careers in auto body repair, auto painting and detailing, auto framing, body shop management, and insurance adjusting.
  • Work in a state-of-the-art auto collision lab with an industry-standard paint booth that allows students to work on real-world projects while training within the program.
  • Students develop and practice welding and metal cutting skills, repair auto parts, practice sanding, re-finishing, frame alignment and unibody repair. Students work with real customers in the lab and have opportunities for internships while in high school.

Power Sports & Auto Services

  • Prepare for careers as a technician working with outdoor power equipment, lawn and garden equipment, power sports (Motorcycle and ATV), and auto maintenance.
  • Students in this lab will learn how to service and maintain a wide variety of gas and compact diesel engines and related equipment. They will learn how to use a systematic troubleshooting procedure to diagnosis running concerns and make repairs. They will also learn how to use electrical test equipment to diagnose and repair electrical concerns.
  • The outdoor power equipment, power sports, auto, and truck industry are all searching for employees to fill gaps in their aging workforce. Students that apply themselves will learn the skills needed to enter the workforce or continue their education in specialized mechanical fields of their choice. Students get the opportunity to work on school equipment, their own equipment, and customer service work.
