We created our telephone mystery shopping program to support our training programs. Telephone mystery shopping, Signature Worldwide style, allows clients to recognize what needs to be changed, where they are excelling and how responsive they are to callers.
Accountable to set own schedule.
Prepare for shop calls by researching necessary information to improve realism.
Complete shop calls in such a manner to maximize training value and realism.
Consistently interpret and follow specific shopping instructions and scenarios.
Achieve call center work standards.
Make assigned shop calls and record in shopping system.
Meet with Call Center Supervisor on a monthly basis for shopping guidance and/or clarification of assignments or shopping requirements.
Attend training, department, and company meetings as requested.
Consistently Provide feedback on shop calls to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work independently.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Commitment to company mission, vision, and values.
Intermediate computer and office software proficiency.
Any combination of education and experience that will help candidate be successful.
Previous heavy equipment, construction, customer service, and/or call center experience a plus.
