Tolles has a fully operational restaurant and catering business managed by Chef Needles and the students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program. The restaurant’s days and hours of operation vary from week-to-week since this is a learning lab that functions on a school schedule, but quality of food and service is second-to-none!
