January 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM: Priority Application Window closes

January - February, 2026: Tolles receives transcripts automatically from the associate schools (if you are home schooled or attending another school but live in one of our school districts, you will need to send us your student’s transcript (or have their school send it) before February 1, 2026.

February 13, 2026: Acceptance notifications will be emailed to the parent and student email addresses from the application by the end of the business day.

BEFORE March 1, 2026: The student needs to accept their seat in their program. The acceptance email will include a link to make it simple to do this.

After March 1, claiming your seat follows the below timeline:

March–May 2026: Two weeks to claim the seat
June–July 2026: One week to claim the seat
August 2026 until the first day of school: 48 hours to claim the seat
Once the school year has started: 24 hours to claim the seat
