Application for Admissions Process
Submit Online Application for Admissions to Tolles - $25 Fee
Upload Valid Drivers License or State of Ohio ID
Upload Proof of High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
Complete BCI Background Check (EMT Basic, Firefighting I & II and State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) requirement) - $28 Fee
Schedule and take ACT WorkKeys Assessments and earn a minimum score of 3 on each of the three tests - $75 Fee
Schedule and complete Career Counseling Session
All prospective students MUST complete ALL 6 steps outlined above (#4 if applicable for your program of interest) in order to be ACCEPTED to Tolles and begin REGISTRATION for any of the programs offered.
