Tolles Career & Technical Center Superintendent Dr. Todd Hoadley has been named the recipient of the 2025 President’s Award from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, presented by 2025–2026 Chamber President Asch Mikhail.
Dr. Hoadley was honored on Friday, Dec. 12, during the Dublin Chamber’s Annual Recognition Luncheon held at the Muirfield Village Golf Club Pavilion.
The President’s Award recognizes individuals who have made a meaningful contribution to their community and the regional business landscape.
In announcing the honor, Mikhail described Dr. Hoadley as a servant leader who “wants the best out of all of his students,” citing his focus on preparing students for the workforce and strengthening connections between education and industry.
Under Dr. Hoadley’s leadership, Tolles has expanded programs and partnerships that support workforce development across Central Ohio. As a joint vocational school district, Tolles serves students from seven associate school districts and 11 high schools in three counties, providing career-focused pathways that respond to regional workforce needs.
