Tolles Career & Technical Center has earned an overall Five Star rating on the 2025-2026 Ohio Career Technical Planning District Report Card, marking the third consecutive year Tolles has achieved the state’s highest overall rating.
Tolles also met all nine Federal Indicators for the third consecutive year, while reaching four-year highs in Technical Skill Attainment and Post Program Placement.
“This recognition reflects the work happening every day across Tolles to prepare students for what comes next,” said Superintendent Dr. Todd F. Hoadley. “What matters most is what is behind those stars: students developing technical skills, earning meaningful credentials, graduating and successfully transitioning into employment, education and training.”
Among this year’s highlights:
Technical Skill Attainment reached 91.1%, up from 85.5% in 2022-2023 and the highest level across the past four report cards.
Post Program Placement reached a four-year high of 98.2%.
Career and Post Secondary Readiness increased to 115.7%, up from 110.4% last year.
Industry recognized credential attainment reached 57%, up from 13.5% in 2022-2023. That represents a 43.5 percentage point increase across four report cards.
The continued growth reflects Tolles’ focus on connecting career-technical education with the skills, credentials and real-world experiences students need for what comes next.
“Our mission is to help secure the American dream for the next generation of workforce talent,” said Tolles Board of Education President Angie Bouic. “These results give us meaningful measures of the progress our students are making toward that mission, while challenging us to continue raising the bar.”
Tolles serves students from Dublin, Fairbanks, Hilliard, Jonathan Alder, London, Madison-Plains and Jefferson Local school districts. In addition to serving more than 1,300 high school students, Tolles provides programming for more than 2,350 students through satellite programs.
