Tolles Students and Parents:
As the 2025-2026 school year approaches, we would like to share some final reminders of important action items and dates. For more detailed information for the following, please see a digital copy of the July mailer on the Tolles website under “25-26 Back to School Info.”
Registration - in Final Forms - You should have received an email with instructions for completing your student’s online registration. EVERY student will need to register prior to the first day of school. This registration MUST be signed by both student and guardian. Students WILL NOT be permitted to fully participate in their labs until the forms are completed.
School Fees - Your fee statement has been sent. Fees must be paid prior to the first day of school. You can pay by check or through mypaymentsplus.com. Checks should be made payable to Tolles noting your student’s name and program in the memo section. In order to use mypaymentsplus.com, you will need to know your student’s Tolles Student ID number which is on your student’s fee sheet. Returning students will have the same student number as last year. If you're unable to pay in full by August 22, 2025, please contact Mrs. Alexander-Bolton at (614) 873-4666 ext. 4248 or email aalexanderbolton@tollestech.com.
Seniors - remember that you have an immunization requirement. If you have questions, please refer to the Ohio Department of Health immunization page or contact our school nurse, Mrs. Carolyn Joyce, at CJoyce@tollestech.com. (614)873-4666 ext. 4269.
Uniforms - Be sure to have your uniforms ordered and ready to go! Tolles is a uniform building ALL day EVERY day! Information regarding uniforms can be found on the Tolles website under Uniforms.
New Cell Phone Policy - As required by House Bill 96, Tolles is adopting a cell phone policy that prohibits student access to cell phones during instructional time. Please see the Student Handbook and/or the Tolles New Cell Phone Policy on our website for additional details.
The Tolles Lift Days will be held August 13 & 14, 2025 from 8:30 -11:30 am and 1:00- 3:00 pm. During this time students can pick up their schedules, pay fees, verify final forms completion, pick up uniforms and purchase t-shirts. Please note labs and classrooms will not be open.
The 2025 Tolles Ice Cream Social will be held on August 18, 2025, 5:00-7:30 pm. This is a great time to meet teachers and view classrooms and labs and connect with the Tolles community before school begins. During this time students can pick up their schedules, pay fees, verify final forms completion, pick up uniforms and purchase t-shirts.
First Day of School for Level I Students, 10th grade CEA students and Senior Only program students is Wednesday, August 20, 2025!
ONLY Level I Students, Senior Only students and 10th grade CEA will be in the building.
First Day of School for Level II Students is Thursday, August 21, 2025!
All Students will be in the building.
